    work out plan, give your tips

    ok i got one but want to see some one elses, i want a work out plan, ill do my own cardio on my time so dont add that in there. i want howmany sets, reps, what body part what day breaks etc, the works thanks need this info to get me better then i am.

    this is my weight routine workout

    10x10 (sets/reps) of moderate/light wieght

    Day 1 - Chest/Lats Bicep/Tricep Abs/Deadlift
    (Benchpress/Pulldowns Curls/Tri Pulldowns situps to failure/deadlifts)

    Day 2 - Squats, Hamstring curls at moderate/lightwieght - 10x10

    I doubt you'll make any heavy gains at all, but it will help your endurance - I train in jujitsu, so I cant afford to be restrictively stiff after workout sessions. You should be able to perfom these excersizes everyday (after a 2 week inital "shock" to your body)

    Sorry, but you are full of shit.

    You have NOTHING of your own. You posted this same exact thing in the DIET forum. How you "had" your own diet, and then listed WHAT YOU WANTED as if this is a drive through fast food joint.

    You want all the answers but want to do NONE OF THE WORK! You ask open ended questions and drive people crazy.
