    Any jucie site that you can google search for is a scam. Why jump the gun. Take the time that you are trying to find a source to beef up naturally. It took me a little over a year to find a source, and that was AFTER I was researching and growing naturally. Sad to say my gear was underdosed. oh well sh*t happens!

    I understand this, but just because you are 31 doesnt mean its ok to juice at your build, lifting experience, and diet. We've been through this bro.

    i know we have..right now i am very fit..i dont smoke i eat right..and i train 11 days on 3 days off..i use cyto-gainer 3 times a day..cell tech 2 times day..and 3 tabs 2 times a day of t-bomb..i only gained 8 lb in 4 months....i am very into 2 is and want to do what ever it takes to achive my sucess...175lb

    little man, you need to train for a year AT THE VERY LEAST!!! And at your age, i would train for at least 2 years before jumpin on the juice. AAS is NOT a miricle drug, but an enhancement drug to what you already have. You are NOT going to get to 175lbs within the next FEW years. Sorry bout reality bro.

    you dont need to be juicing right now, ive been 5'4 since grade 7, and even since back then i was 130 pounds, continue naturally until you reach a platue, just because you're old enough it wont effect your height doesnt mean you can just jump into this.

    For me that would be over training. I would not be growing because the rest was not there for me to grow to my potential. Dorian Yates would do 2 on 1 off. I do 4 days heavy training a week whenever my schedule allows, sometimes if I have the time I will go to 5. I am assuming you already got feedback on your workout and diet in those forums?

    Also, don't send your money to some web site. Even if you are lucky and they are legit. If it has to be imported you risk custom seizure as it hits the port.

    More patience. If you want a mod to do a source check just send a pm to them (some mods don't do source checks).

    ok, that does not show me your diet. What do you eat during the day, and how much protein, carbs, and calories do you eat during the day? This is the stuff that counts, not how many times a day you eat.

    You take the web address of the site you are interested, send a private message to a moderator asking them for a source check. They will give you an opinion on if they feel it is a legit site or not.

    Some mods like swolecat will not do source checks. You can go to the index for this forum, and scroll down at the bottom right will be a list of moderators for the steroids questions and answer forums. View their profiles and see if they have any notes that they do not do source checks, if you don't see anything send them a private message with the info.

    Just do not post the site on the open board.

    i eat tuna 1 time a day...fish steak man..i really do eat good..im taking in about 3500cals..a day...i really dont know why i cant gain much??

    you're a joke man, do you think that you're the only small person out there? im 5'4 dude, i know there are other short guys in here to, and before we started working out, we were your size to, and guess what we waited til we started to juice, workout naturally for 2 years, then take a good test cycle, your just going to limit your natural peak if you juice right away. and you cant say you've been working out for a long time because you're only 125 pounds, and obviously, you need to be taking in many more calories each day.

AAS is only 10 percent bro! The rest is training and diet. Obviuosly from the looks of your avatar you have been eating like crap, and have never touched a weight in your life. 4 months of lifting wont do sh*t to you man, you need a couple years at your age. Patience is everything and you DO not understand that!!!! This is why AAS were banned becuase people abused them. Not having a proper diet, and only lifting for 4 months wont do sh*t!!! And relying on AAS to get you BIG and CUT is a total line of Bullsh*t! It wont work. Period. And going to the clubs wont help you get big man. Drinking wont help you get big.     I understand bro. Not trying to be to hard on him, but he wasnt really listening. I see his is now. I was in the same boat bro. Skinny as all hell and feeling pretty low about myself. Then I decided to change. I supplemented creatine with a bulking diet for bout almost 2 years. I did my first cycle which was kinda crappy cus it was QV.....Nuff said.....but plan on doing another one in about a year. All Im trying to say is that little man needs to have some freakin patience about this. msucle does not pack on that fast!!!1 It takes quite a while to do it!

    And I waited until I was 32. I was 6'3" and about 150lbs when I graduated high school. I looked disgusting. Started lifting and eating like a hog at 15 years old. Put on about 65 lean pounds and researched here for 18 months before I touched anything.

    You need to post your workout routine by day of the week, so we can see what order you are doing things in, how many sets and reps. We need to see atleast 3 days of what your complete food intake looks like, with times for meals and pretty acurate portion sizes. We need to see when you fit the supplements in with your diet.

    For diet - I am no expert but it is all about timing of the correct nutirents. You could be doing alot wrong in the detail of your diets and workout. Tweaking them could give you an immediate boost. We won't know unless you share an honest representation.

    Even when you get to a good point to start AS, it still takes time. To be smart about it you have to start off with one compound so you can see how your body reacts, then add a different one for a second cycle. It is all about experimentation to find what works best for you. There is no one definite cycle that works for every one. You can listen to everyones results and your body will react differently.

    ok ...every other day i work out jegs and abs together..the other day i do all upper..i take cyto in the moring afternoon and eve....i take cell tech in the morning and right after workout...i eat friut and cearel in the moring..2 hrs later i eat a can of tuna..2 hrs later i eat lunch..turkt sand..milk..and a apple..2 hr later i eat...some penuts....4 dinner i eat steak sirloin corn milk...2 hr later ill eat some broccli...more veges....
