Monday- Chest/shoulders
Tuesday-Back/traps
Wed-off
Thurs-off
Friday-arms
Saturday-legs
Do you guys think my arms still feeling it a little bit on Friday from earlier in the week is a bad thing and that I will overtrain? Or will I get used to it after awhile and this is plenty of rest...
