Thursday- Cardio
Friday- Tri's/Abs
Saturday- Cardio
I am going to train every body part once a week. My old routine trained every part twice a week. Did it for a while and need something different.
Old routine:
day 1 - chest/delts
Day 2 - back/tri's
Day 3 - legs/bi's
Day 4 - off
