i know the results are there and posted everywhere about westside and DC but im from mid size northern canadian city (80,000) ppl.... and iv never seen these methods in action.... iv been doing typical 4 day split of one big body part one small per day and getting decent gains but nothing phenomial... im like scared to try dc or wsb because dont wanna waste time and cant really get a graspe for training methods by reading online kinda hands on guy....
anyone able to suggest a workout that incorperates the exercises i know and love useing dc or wsb (bench,dead,pulldown,bb row,hammer curl) ect... the whole 1 set and 1 rep things in those programs got me flustered... dunno if this is a rant or question no more lol
