    Phera-Plex results

    Im absolutly stumped... Im only three days away from finishing my Phera-plex cycle. Ive been working harder then even in the gym and not missing any meals. As of today I have not gained one single pound over the past few weeks. I cant even beleive the good things people are saying about this stuff?

    I simply find it hard to beleive this product works great for some and not me.

    I would like to hear some feedback from those who have run this stuff with results, who also have tried Superdrol.

    Superdrol is a product that works... people claiming giant gains/strenght on Pheraplex?? I think its a placebo effect...

    Def not a placebo. Maybe you reacted different to the compound. What was your diet and workout like? A breif summary would be nice. I find it hard that you didn't gain 1 single pound. When did you take your dosages and how much? Height and weight to. Sorry though to hear that you didn't gain anything.

    Well you got it all wrong.

    Superdrol did nothing for me in terms of size, although it did help with strength. PP was fantastic for me. SD works for some, PP works for others.

    SD worked well for me with a gain of 12 lbs, I have yet to try Phera plex so this thread definitely has my attention.

    1) how much PP did you take?
    2) what did your diet look like?
    3) What is your prohormone/steroid history?
    4) how did your workout look?
    5) What are your stats, i.e. age/height/weight/bf%/training history?

    Yeah, bro...didn't have good results w/PP. I started running Superdrol again and gains are through the roof. Like some people have said, PP works for some..but obviously not us. Just my opinion not worth the money go w/SD.

    One four week cycle of PP at 20mg a day one in the morning one before my evening workout.

    stats: age 23, height 5'10, weight 183, prob 9 or 10% bf right now, training hard for two year never less then four days a week.

    Ive done one superdrol cycle and a 1AD/superdrol cycle both in the past year. 1ad did nadda for me but superdrol was great both times around.

    Split usually look like this: Mon-chest/shoulders Tue-arms/ 25 min cardio Wen-off Thurs-Back/traps/ 25 min cardio Fri-calf/abbs Sat-leg day Sun off/or cardio

    Average diet (of course it changes depending on what supps im on and time spent in the gym)
    7am- 1cup dry oats 8 egg whites one whole egg
    9:30 am 1 pack planter mixed Nuts, 1 can of tuna, 1 coffee
    12:30 pm 1 and half chicken breast 3/4cup brown rice raw brockli
    3:00 pm 1 can tuna with flax or nuts or both
    6:00 1/2 cup oats in blender with 40 grams whey and a little dextrose
    7:00 8:30 workout
    8:45 40g whey 80g dextrose
    9:45 medium/large size steak carrots and raw brockli
    10:30 bed

    I will say I have upped my cardio a little while on the PP so In fact I have lost a few lbs of fat over the past few weeks, while staying right at 183 or so. I guess I was hoping for a superdrol 10lbs

    Muscles are harder and slight strenght increase, but effects are minimal for me on PP

    hmm, well 1ad did shit for me the 2 times i ran it, actually had better gains off nordiol, m1t was the strongest but only made it 6 days, pp right now is going decent for me, day 9 up 5 lbs, eventually ill have to give the superdrol a shot in the near future, but hey at leat you know not to waste your money on it in the future.

    I ran phera-plex for 4 weeks at 20mg/day
    I noticed strength gains, less rest times in between sets, lean muscle gain, and for side effects my hair thinned, increased facial hair, oily skin, and very little acne on my back, I honestly can say I liked my strength gains, but what I didn't like is how much my hair thinned.

    My hair thinned as well and that increased facial hair was a pain in the ass.

    i just started my 3rd week of phera-plex havent gained much weight but my strength is threw the roof.. bench press start 205(6) 3wks 265(6) deadliftsstart 265 (6) 3wks 305 (10) squats 185 (15) 3wks 245 (15) i usually do high reps on my squats do 2 a football injury in my quad ppl told me 2 stop babying it but my legs are still growing doing squats for 15 reps @ 7sets

    Are you keeping your calories high? That's what helped me with my PP cycle.

    Well guys, I must say I am really begining to feel the effects of the PP and Im two days from the finish. I did legs lastnight and back today, and Ive been getting AWSOME pumps and strenght the last few days.

    Maybe a higher doseage would have been good for me, Or I might just react better with superdrol.

    ALL and all I wouldnt say this PP cycle was a total loss. I still think its a good product for ne one whos looking to run a cycle. I would recomend eating more cals and doing less cardio then I did.

    i hate dht!!!! no side affect scares me more than going bald cause genetically i already know im fvuked so im def not tryn to speed things up, if my hair starts thinning at all on this pp cycle im stoppn.

    I would, definitely, recommend this as well, based off my experience with PP.

    that sucks you had bad luck with it man.
    maybe you should try the Max LMG/Prostan stack like I did. Oppose to PP

    Well, I had considered that option but never heard much feedback from people about that stack, except that Max LMG was much weaker stuff then SD or PP.

    Im courious to know how that worked out for ya? Theres always next time to start thinkin about.

    Max-lmg is a dirtier version of PP. No reason to use it as PP is a superior product.

    yeah i think the pp molecules just smash into your brain and your brain says wtf am i suppose to do with you?? calories or w/e I KNOW im not eating enough to account for all the gains ive made, this i know for true, cause ive tried pigging out before and never even put on close to this much weight as with the phera. gotta be just different people= different receptors= different responses.

    Different people = same receptors = different responses.

    Max LMG is totally different to Phera-plex. You guys are thinking of E...Max LMG and Ergomax LMG.
