One four week cycle of PP at 20mg a day one in the morning one before my evening workout.
stats: age 23, height 5'10, weight 183, prob 9 or 10% bf right now, training hard for two year never less then four days a week.
Ive done one superdrol cycle and a 1AD/superdrol cycle both in the past year. 1ad did nadda for me but superdrol was great both times around.
Split usually look like this: Mon-chest/shoulders Tue-arms/ 25 min cardio Wen-off Thurs-Back/traps/ 25 min cardio Fri-calf/abbs Sat-leg day Sun off/or cardio
Average diet (of course it changes depending on what supps im on and time spent in the gym)
7am- 1cup dry oats 8 egg whites one whole egg
9:30 am 1 pack planter mixed Nuts, 1 can of tuna, 1 coffee
12:30 pm 1 and half chicken breast 3/4cup brown rice raw brockli
3:00 pm 1 can tuna with flax or nuts or both
6:00 1/2 cup oats in blender with 40 grams whey and a little dextrose
7:00 8:30 workout
8:45 40g whey 80g dextrose
9:45 medium/large size steak carrots and raw brockli
10:30 bed
I will say I have upped my cardio a little while on the PP so In fact I have lost a few lbs of fat over the past few weeks, while staying right at 183 or so. I guess I was hoping for a superdrol 10lbs
Muscles are harder and slight strenght increase, but effects are minimal for me on PP
