    clen to lose weight

Hello everyone! I am a newbie and need some help. I am getting married on the beach in late April, have a 4mth old and all the weight that goes with it. I am 5'4" and weigh 153lbs. My fiance and I are going to do some clen. I need to know how to cycle since I have read so many things. I need to lose weight fast. I have gotten back to the gym recently but need to know how much to take, when and for how long. Any adivce would be great.

    Welcome..

My advice would be, seeing that you only recently got back to the gym, to get your diet and training in order before even considering clen.

A lot of bodyfat can be lost in a relatively short period of time without the aide of drugs.

    Diet and Cardio m'lady.

Late April.. hm... That's approximately what? 6 weeks?

Average fat-loss on a good diet (combined with cardio and a good fatburner) is 2 lbs per week: 12 lbs.

Check out the diet and supplement forum.

    Again.. Welcome.

Thanks for your advice Narkissos (oops, I missed the "k")and I know that is the best route to take but I really need to do this quick (right or wrong). After our first child I lost the weight fairly quickly but I was also in my late 20's not my early 30's and it seems my metabolism has shut down. My diet is good and I have been at the gym but I need to get my core temp up and shed the weight now. After the wedding I will go strictly natural and maintain/tone. For now, I need the easy weigh out. That said, do you have any info on how I should take the clen?

    Thanks again.

Diet is the key, clen will not help you a bit if your diet and exercise are not in check. Not one bit at all. hate to tell you there really is no miracle drug. Search around this board for diet help and exercise ideas.

    1) You need to be doing 45 mins of cardio on an empty tummy in the mornings, and doing another 20-45 mins ( whatever you can fit in or stand) at night,
    2) Probably a low carb, high protein mod fats diet,
    3) and lifting 4-5 days a week, high reps, lighter weights.
    4) You need to eat every 3 hours, always protein in every meal, no carbs and fat together.
    5) And drink atleast a gallon of water a day.

I Agree With Prin She Is 100% Right I Worked Out Alot For About 5 Years Before I Even Considered Clen And Believe Me Its Not All Its Cracked Up To Be Its A Very Strange Feeling, Hard To Breathe, Hard To Sleep And Your Always Wound Up And Your Always Shaking Not Just Your Hands But Your Whole Body... Its Rather Imbarassing At Times.. Drink Plenty Of Water And Dont Miss Any Meals, No Alcohol...

Thanks for your help. I need to work on the diet since I really do not eat right (not enough meals but I try to stay away from too many fat or carbs). I have always drank at least 2-3 liters of water a day but I have been increasing. As for exercise, I go to the gym 4-5 times per wk. (AM) I do 20-25 min cardio and then 30-40 mins of free weights. I guess I am looking for the quick fix so I can look good for my wedding. I have always been very fit (gym 5-6 days a wk, eating right) prior to this last pregnancy and expected to be that way in 3 mths after giving birth. I have lost 25lbs in 3 mths from just becoming active again, eating healthier and working out. I will let you all know what happens by April.

    Thanks again.

i agree with what everyone else has said, diet and cardio should be good be for taking any drug. But if you are going to take it then 2 weeks on 2 weeks off has all ways worked best for me, some people take it 2 days on 2 days off whatever works best for you. i start off on 1 tab then up it by 1 every day to 6 tabs then stay on that for 4 days then back down by 1 tab every day till off, this works well for me, you do not have to pyramid up and down but thats what i do. Max to be taken 8 tabs = 160mcg aday. for females maybe less but i dont think it matters. Check clenbuterol in the search box for exactly what you should do. Gud luck and am sure you will look fine on the big day.

My suggestion would be to reverse your cardio/weight training if you have to do them in the same session, do the weight training FIRST then finish with the cardio. This is the way I was taught when I got certified as a Personal Trainer
