unless your lactose intolerant the concentrate is just as good. The quality of the proteins are the same. Only difference is the ammount of fat and lactose in the powder.

concentrate is a butt ton cheaper. but i prefer isolate due to the greater bioavalability and easier digestion. isolate is supposed to be better for those who are lactose intolorant. whenever i drink concentrate my digestive system HATES ME!! but it affects other people different ways. i wouldn't say it matters TOO much, but you may want to get a protein that is half and half (isolate and concentrate).

if you really wanna get anal...hydrosilate is the best.

nah, im not into anal, but thanks...

so my ON 100% whey says it has "lactase and other digestive enzymes".
whats that mean? it digests faster...easier...slower?

lactase is the enzyme that breaks down lactose. im guessing that is to cut down the irritation on the stomach. im not sure if it digests faster/slower...what are the ingredients?
