    sus and deca

    my budy took sustanon and deca and got pretty big and was wondering if it was a good cycle to start if it was my first time ?

    try something simpler. Plain test, or even plain sust. What brand of sust? Your stats and the like, otherwise we cant really give you any kind of feedback!

    Personally, I dont think that anyone is ready for a cycle when they first start one. I sure as hell wasnt for ready the first time I did a cycle.

    start one with just test, then if your body reacts well start adding compounds.

    sorry so late with the feed back but i went out of town after i sent that post but ne ways, its sustanon 250 and deca durable my buddy that did it is really young he is only 18 but im not far behind him, im only 19 so that might change some of your opinions. my stats are pretty high though, my last bench was 315 twice and my dead lift 505 to be onest my squat is really low cuz of a football injery. i took one cycle of andro but personaly i thought that was pussy shit. im going to the military in october and i really need to buffin up. but im pretty new to the steroid wourld i've always eight a lot and eight right but thats not enough now. so please any info would be awsome thnks

    imo you are too young too be using roids mate,get your diet and training down!

    yea i no. its just hard cuz i've ben training hard and stricked for three years, and for for the marines 198lbs is'nt big enough

    As booz said, i think your too young as well. But, if you are gonna do it. Try and run a single ester test such as Test Enanthate or Test Cypionate at 500 mg/wk. Be sure to EAT and TRAIN properly. Best of luck

    Oh yea, don't forget to take your pct and anti-estrogens. PCT should start 2 weeks after your last shot if you choose to use Test E or Test cypionate.

    What - are you going into the marines? At boot camp you will lose tons of fat and tons of muscle, had one friend go in at 225 (6"2") and come out at 175. Time to bulk up is after boot camp.

    Are you at that point?

    this basic training lose weight is true, i went into army basic at 205, came out a 189, but went from having alot of mass, to being built mlike a boxer, kinda what i wanted!! i had alot of exxcess fat that i wanted to lose, and basic done it for me

    I had great gains with sust, and Im not having as much luck right now with test c, which is almost identical to test e. But that doesnt mean you wouldnt have good gains on it...I like the prop in sust. It hurt a bit, but prop is great... JMO

    Not his answer, but:

    1) Age of 19 - that is a good reason to wait.
    2) You are going into a tough bootcamp. Muscle is gonna melt:

    a) Because of the rate of cardio,
    b) The diet you will be forced to eat,
    c) and the sleep you will be deprived of.

    If you really want to prepare cardio wise for what you are going to go through, then take all the body weight exercise they are going to put you through (running, pullups, pushups, etc.) and work on it hard. When it gets easy, buy a weighted vest and work up to a fully loaded vest at around 60lbs while you run, do pushups and pullups. Bulk up after.

    that sounds like a pretty good idea sp9 i deff try that. your not the first person to tell me im to young so i guess i'll wait on the roids. but if anyone has any good suggestion on how to bulk with out them. that would be great.

    meal 1-
    9 eggs,7 white,2 yolk
    3 ounce steak cooked on goarge mixed in with the eggs
    2 cups of oatmeal

    meal 2-
    can of tuna on wheat bread,low fat cheese
    protien shake
    banana,apple or something like that

    meal 3-
    grilled chicken breast
    smart ones frozen dinner

    meal 4-
    2 pbj's
    or a can of tuna

    work out

    meal 5-
    chicken,steak,tuna,fish......

    meal 6-
    chicken,steak,tuna,fish......

    lose the whole wheat bread.... not good for you... switch to a whole grain, or some rye pumpernickle....rest looks good.. except maybe the frozen dinner...If it were me, Id ditch that too....JMO

    well I would just choose something that isnt hand built by man.... Like have a dinner, but make it not of the frozen type....

    do you know anything that is really quick to make or microwave becouse im still in highschool and i dont have a lot of time to eat my third meal. the rest i can take my time but its just my third meal that has to be quick and easy.

    the best thing to do is have a leftover ready to go.. thats easiest for me.. usually its broccoli, yams, and some chicken, but of course you can alter this...

    I have 5, sometimes only 4, 72g shakes a day bro....but Im running a high bit of gear, so you dont need as much as that.. but one is not enough.....IMO

    there 20g per scoop shakes, so do you think if i added 2 scoops in my second meal would that be enough or should i have at least three scoops a day 60g
