    Quads/Calves

    They say that both on squats,leg extensions, and standing and sitting calve raises if you point your feet inward it works the outer and outward or inner. i have tried this and it is really hard to point toes inward on squats or anything. anyone heard of this or got any ideas

    never have your feet turned in when squatting, this puts stress on the knees and can lead to serious damage. have the feet turned slightly pointed outwards. when squatting this keeps the legs and knee inline.
    For calves you can move the feet as this hits both heads of the calf.
