i eat less carbs on off days. i'm cutting, trying to get body fat as low as possible, but other than that i keep everything else pretty much the same
yup...just take out my dex PWO and move my PPWO meal to meal 2
I think you need MORE cals, less carbs.....body needs to repair!
Although, I can't remember my last off day.....

i make a diet for every day of the week,
i have to because of classes i work out at different times and have breaks at different times. and on off days i eat just the same only minus my PWO shakaronis![]()
I eat the same except I take out my pwo shake and replace the carbs on my ppwo meal to fat. I eat a whole lot of carbs anyway, so no need for the extra amt from the ppwo.

I lower the kcals just a little bit and swap my PWo with a pro/fat meal
i usually lower my carbs during off days.
i use my off days as carb up days i double the amount of carbs i take down of course there complex andi also ditch the PWO shake, its kinda like carb cycleling
