Hello,
I am new to the site. I am 165LB, 5'6" and trying to reach about 200LB. Hopfully with my diet, tons of protein ( about 200 a day) and working out I can reach that by the end of the year.
I used to wrestle in high school and now after reaching 26 years of age and two children, wife, house etc. I am back to one of my favorite hobbies.
I think that lifting is a good hobby for myself and a stress relief from my daily grind. Anyways maybe more, but I have only been lifting seriously for about three weeks. We will see if I can reach my goal and if supplementation will push me past my genetic flaws. ONLY TIME WILL TELL.
