I've been reading and learning on this forum for about a year now and not long since decided to become a member.
Stats
Height 5'11
Weight 175
Training experience
total of about 3 years training seriously. The 1st year or so was mainly cardio stuff because i had a high body fat %. I've now managed to get this considerably lower and for the last year have mainly concentrated on lifting.
I've managed only to gain about 10 pounds from where i started but am looking at a few lean mass cycles in the near future to increase weight/strength.
Goals
Well my goals are constantly changing, I am currently doing jui-jitsu, muai-thai kick-boxing and also some work with some Vale tudo submission grappling guys so am hoping to be a serious contender in MMA. I've had 2 jui-jitsu fights so far and won both so its looking good.
I currently fight at 175 and am looking to go up to around 190 to fight in the middleweight class (I can cut down to 185 from there)
