how important is it to keep carbs and fats seperate? im going on a bulking diet. are you supposed to put on less fat by keeping them seperate?
I usually keep them seperate but for the past two weeks have been combinding them and haven't seen any differnece. When I say combinding I mean throwing about three fish oil caps in with breakfast (Oats, Eqq whites, whey) and a few other meals.
