Bodyfat- 18% (Coming of a layoff form training b/c of a injury, So I've gotten fat)
Training experience-
Lifting weights, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Thai Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts for almost 3 years.
Goal- To add about 20 pounds of muscle, So I can fight at 185 instead of being a tall linky guy fighting at 155.
Reason Im here is because its looks to be a good place to learn about anabolic steroids.
