working your obliques would help alot im sure doing trunk twists and exercises like that

When I was slimmer, hitting the heavy bag seemed to bring that out in me with all the twisting and shit.
Power Wheel (by Lifeline) or Dual Ab Wheel (Dragon Door) Rollouts are my two favorites.
