Just really upset about some things but tonights training session topped it off......
School, work, family, etc......It's like I go from having the time of my life in the midst of my test cycle to feeling worse than ever......
I did 35 minutes of AM cardio this morning, fast paced walking...could that have had a huge impact upon my strength for leg day??? Thats what topped it off.....
On squats....I warmed up with 135 and thought WOW--that actually puts stress on my muscles. Put on 255 for a second warm up...got out five, and it was somewhat difficult.....so i'm like WTF? Put on 275 because I felt there was no way I could get 315 today..
I get under the bar, unrack it, go down past paralell and cant even ****ing budge........I got pissed off and upset, and left the gym..,.
Given the factors of stress and the fact that I did AM cardio on a leg day before a PM workout...im guessing that contributed to my weakness tonight..any input on this????
