    On the verge of a breakdown....

    Just really upset about some things but tonights training session topped it off......

    School, work, family, etc......It's like I go from having the time of my life in the midst of my test cycle to feeling worse than ever......

    I did 35 minutes of AM cardio this morning, fast paced walking...could that have had a huge impact upon my strength for leg day??? Thats what topped it off.....

    On squats....I warmed up with 135 and thought WOW--that actually puts stress on my muscles. Put on 255 for a second warm up...got out five, and it was somewhat difficult.....so i'm like WTF? Put on 275 because I felt there was no way I could get 315 today..

    I get under the bar, unrack it, go down past paralell and cant even ****ing budge........I got pissed off and upset, and left the gym..,.

    Given the factors of stress and the fact that I did AM cardio on a leg day before a PM workout...im guessing that contributed to my weakness tonight..any input on this????

    Just needed to vent.....I feel shitty

    bro remember that u are on gear ur moods u will change and as well stress does not help is ur diet in check what are u doing with test what is ur cycle. just remeber tat it is all in ur head if you want to move a mountain u can just put ur mind to it bro mind over matter

    Yeah man my diet is always in check 100%. My cycle is just test, 450mg a week and its all been great.....today the gym just set me off though. Every leg day i've been going up consistantly about 10 pounds or 2-3 reps with my working sets and today it just dropped so much....I guess it was the AM cardio + stress......no more AM cardio before leg day..and I gotta get my head cleared up.

    bro whats ur age u need to add some Eq in there bro u just cant do test alone i mean u can but it is always good to have eq keep ur proteins up and have a cheat day how long have u been on ur cycle
    as well never do a cardio before a leg day listen it should be like this monday cardio tues weights wed cario thrus weights fri cardio sat sund rest

    I'm 18, 19 near the end of august. This is nearly the sixth week of the cycle.

    That splits sort of similiar to what I do...only its like this:

    Sun: weights
    Mon: cardio
    Tues: weights:
    Wed: cardio
    Thurs: weights
    Fri: Off
    Sat: Off

    lately schedule has been kinda hectic though so i gotta fit in cardio when I can...i'm an endo-meso so I bulk up quickly and gain muscle but if I dont keep up on cardio then i'll gain mucho fat.

    hes been told 874743783 times. Hoss I never do cardio on leg days. I do it 6 times a week (except leg day while cutting) You're bulking anyways..stay far far away from leg, back, chest day.

    on days like that, i just drop the weight down and bang out sets of 15-20 reps... least you'll get a good pump.... in the mean time, go blow a good load, in some way or another.. thata make you feel better.

    You say your diet is in check but MAYBE you need more carbs before your leg day.

    I'm confused you had a bad lift day, you felt a little weak so you pussed out and left the gym.. **** that man just go light on the weight and push out some reps on those days. Look you are young and you will go through this type of shype your whole life.

    ugh.,.. let me ask you think Hoss you feel like you had a poor leg workout because you could not go to 315 right?? what kind of workout was it leaving the gym and doing nothing at all??

    Don't blame this on cardio I do it every freaking day and still bust my nuts on legs day. Some days I do less weight some days more, no matter what I work until I am done or until I puke and most of the times even more.

    Why should anyone listen to you piss and moan, you obviously did'nt listen to everyone telling you to hold off on the gear at 18. Oh well....

    Like Oldman said, you should have at least pushed out some lower weight, don't walk out of the gym.

    hoss, this is exactly why we say not to use AS until you are mature enough. physically, and i think more importantly **mentally**

    try to be aware of it and just anticipate this stuff...if you feel yourself starting to get upset like that, take a step back, breathe, and calm down.

    I know that feeling Hoss. I used to be like that, if I was realy weak a workout I would feel totaly devestated. Juice can realy make those feeling overblown aswell.

    But remeber its just weights, in a few days the strenght is back. Each single workout isnt important, its all of them put togheter that is.
