I'm into to week 4 of a Tren/ECA cutting cycle. My diet is clean, I do 30min of cardio 4-5 times a week and I also work part-time as a server, so I walk A LOT.
My workout:
mon- back/bi/abs
tue - Lower Chest/tri
Wed - Legs/Shoulders/abs
Thur - Back/bi
Fri - Upper Chest/tri/abs
I seem to hold water like a damn sponge. Whenever I take ephedrine my waist line decreases almost an inch or two in one day, so I know it's not fat loss....
My problem with taking an ECA are:
1. Being locked into taking a pill or feeling like shit the rest of the day
2. The comedown at the end of the stack
3. Losing my pump or getting a weak one when working out
However, It really does make me look/feel leaner. I'm sure it's un-noticable to everyone else, but to me I notice it A LOT
So my question is, Does the ephedrine help out that much? This is my first time using an AAS while cutting weight, I'm so used to taking and ECA I almost feel like I can't lose fat without....
