nolva during pp!!!

what about taking a little nolva during my pp cycle to avoid estrogens effects like gyno?something different would be better? any advices?thanks

I don't think you would need nolva, for gyno purposes, while on a phera plex cycle.

I read somewhere that PP could cause progestin (spelling) gyno like tren or deca. Vitamin B6 would be a better option, if this is true. Anyone else?

I'm with Papi, I doubt Nolva would do much. Any Gyno that would come from a PP cycle would not be Estrogen related.

Phera Plex wasn't that suppresive so you can take it down to 20mg for the last 4 weeks.

Yes. That's why you would run it 40mg the first two weeks.

For more suppressive cycles, you could run nolva at 40mg ED for 4 weeks.

Nolva and clomid would be better. But nolva will work just fine IMO. You can also run an ATD such as novedex, RXT, or ultra hotter during pct to help with recovery.

I've done a nolva, clomid, and arimidex PCT, in the past. Great results. I experimented with nolva, PCT, and Retain post cycle therapy and have to say that I will take clomid next time, maybe. The emotional sides from clomid were awful but it did a better job of hypertrophying the testicles.

I believe it is an AI like PCT. As far as I know, there is no substitute for a SERM like nolva or clomid on the supplement shelf. You have PCT so novedex wouldn't be necessary.
