    spreading out my diet

in the mornings i have a problem eating so much at once, i eat 9 eggs,2 yolks, and 7 white, and i add a 5 once choped steak in with my eggs, then after that i eat at least 2 cups of oatmeal. i eat that around 7:00 before i go to school, i was wondering if i eight the eggs at 630 and had the oatmeal at 7 if it would make a diff. ? thanks

I'm not sure I understand your question...

You want to know if spreading out your meal into two meals if it will make a difference with what?

I personally don't think that breaking your meal into two only a half hour apart will make a difference whatsoever.

What is wrong with eating all that in the a/m?

i'd just cut back on the oatmeal, i don't see any reason to be eating 2 cups in the morning anyway

As hawktribal said, cut back the oats to 1 cup and see where that leaves you. There is no immediate reason to seperate your meal over a half hour.

Here is an important key in eating healthy that everyone should follow when maintaince dieting or cutting:

Eat until you are satisfied, do not eat until you are FULL.

You will maintain a healthier balance this way.
