quaker oat porridge in morning (7-10am) depending if i have to work.
5 scrambled eggs 5 bacon strips (Noon)
Protiene shake (shortly after)
Gym
Proteine shake (right after)
3 scrambled eggs 3bacon strips (4-5pm)
Pasta with chicken breast or Chicken breast wrap (7-8pm)
Now am i eating enough eggs or should i be eating more.. and as you can see i LOVE bacon but should i cut back a bit or is it fine that i eat that much.. also any other critique or suggestions to tweak it to push my gains further would be greatly appreciated.. thanks guys ill read this as soon as i get home
