    Need a little guidance on my diet

    im 6'4 185lbs and im 3 shots into my test e cycle.. im also taking m1t's (got em for free so mideaswell lol) 3 caps a day.. anyways here is my avg everyday diet.

    quaker oat porridge in morning (7-10am) depending if i have to work.
    5 scrambled eggs 5 bacon strips (Noon)
    Protiene shake (shortly after)
    Gym
    Proteine shake (right after)
    3 scrambled eggs 3bacon strips (4-5pm)
    Pasta with chicken breast or Chicken breast wrap (7-8pm)

    Now am i eating enough eggs or should i be eating more.. and as you can see i LOVE bacon but should i cut back a bit or is it fine that i eat that much.. also any other critique or suggestions to tweak it to push my gains further would be greatly appreciated.. thanks guys ill read this as soon as i get home

    oh another thing.. idk if it matters im 19 and not sure my bf but its probably around 10-12%

    anyways how essential is it to have a proteine shake before you hit the gym... cause i get bloated and would rather take it at another time of th day then before workout.. thx

    1. get your ass of the juice (no offense) at 6'4 185 you can build naturally for awhile... especially at 19.

    2. Your diet seriously sucks.

    I'm not saying this to flame, it's the truth. Here's a place to start, work from there, then post a diet. Good luck.

    well im sure my diet isnt the best... thats why im posting lol.. but i've gained 20lbs in a little over a month on this diet without juice... so i doubt it sucks as bad as you make it out to be.. and wont be getting off the juice hah love it too much, thanks for your concern though and also thanks for the link ill be sure to give it a read

    No, he's right. Your diet absolutely sucks. You continue with aas and this kind of diet, might as throw yourself off a bridge. You're going to have the worst cholesterol of any teenager in history. But if it's working for you and you've gained 20lbs of muscle this last month, then by all means, keep with it. Because there is nothing we can do to help you if you don't listen.

    so are you saying to lay off the bacon? ... it jus tastes so good ... i still havent read that thread but i will in a bit

    Great name, I would consider changing it.

    This forum is for responsible people with responsible goals. I am not saying that you aren't responsible, but take a minute and think about what you are doing to your body;

    1. You are eating unhealthy.
    2. You are on AAS at too young of an age, and too small of a base.

    We all make mistakes. I would suggest to come off the steroids, properly.

    I would then suggest to do some in depth reading and research on the board to take some steps forward.

    We are all here to help, however, we cannot help you if you do not want to be helped. If you are seriously looking for advice, follow the above (read, research, then ask questions).

    and thankyou all for your replys.. that thread is great, will help me alot with a new diet i will make up tonight.. ill even push my bacon intake back to 3 strips a day haha, however i will continue using juice since its already done alot for me only 3 shots in.. that said all your replys weren't in one ear out the other it was a good reality check..

    now a question you guys forgot was how important is it to drink a protiene shake pre workout? is it essential or is it ok if i take it earlier in the day, give myself like an hour so the bloating go's down.. i take heavy weight gainer 900 it taste real good but is known to make you sluggish for an hour or 2
