Found out the hard way today that stress does not help you work out. Me and the old lady talking about the big D.... Now I was so down today, no matter what I did I couldn't get amped. I was so not into it. I still made my expected gains, but barely. I definately struggled. The funny thing is, regular days, I look forward to the power surge (my life or theres...referring to the weights). Today I feel like the weights won, even though I still improved. Maybe I oughta just sh*** her, then I'll feel better....and probably make huge gains.
