    Your Diet

    Hey I am new to bodybuilding and dont really know much about a bulking diet. I have fast metabolism and I have heard that I should have around 4000-5000 calories a day. Can you guys post your meal plans so I could get an idea what would be beneficial for my workout? thanks alot.
