Fellas, I was trying to conjure up a new workout routine to go with my next cycle. This is what I came up with:
MONDAY Chest, Triceps
TUESDAY Back, Biceps
WEDNESDAY Off
THURSDAY Shoulders, Traps, Abs, Obliques, Forearms
FRIDAY Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
SATURDAY Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
SUNDAY Off
What do yall think? Any suggestions/critiques would be appreciated. Thanks
