heh, yeah but i wanna be a strong man more than anything
but im like 290+ 15-16% not healthy >< gotta get down to about 12% which is like dropping 13lbs of fat or something thats like 7 weeks of cutting w/o a crash diet
Just cut slowely and do a powerlifting routine. For me I can keep strenght easily if I do lots of lowrep work. But if I try high rep work while cutting I die.
just imagine how even more hot you'll look at 12%!!and know that you could still lift anyone outta the gym even when your strength is down. you can do it tai! stop bein a p*ssy...j/k
