Both are the same compunds but it depends of you want to drink it & hate to take pills personally i prefer pills cant stand the liquid taste sux especially the clomid.

I mix it with the clomid and cranberry... so I don't know what it tastes like on it's own.... probably tastes like shit too....
I don't care as long as they work, which they do....
