Ergomax PCT?

Hi, I was just wondering about proper pct for Ergo Max LMG. I am considering either using LiquidNolva or Liquidex. Which one would you guys prefer? Our cycle for Ergo Max will be (per week) 10mg, 20mg, and 20mg. Would .25mg Arimidex be enough? Or should I use the Nolva? Or stack them both? Any input you guys have would be appreciated!

Nolva for PCT. 20mg ED for 3 weeks. Arimidex could be run, as an addition, at 0.25mg ED for 3 weeks, as well.
