    Insulin durring a cutting cycle?

How many of you guys use insulin during a cutting cycle? I plan on using it on a 3 week on/ 3 week off protocol, along with 100mg prop ed. I'm just curious as to how many others utilize slin durring cutting.

When it comes to a cutter its all about diet. You can use Slin during a cutter but I hope that you have used slin before this. Reason being that it's important to know your tolerance to avoid any storage.

I have used both Slin and LR3 during cutters, never at the same time though. Do have to say that from now on I'll exclude them both for their own reasons. Proper diet and the right compounds is more then enough to get me where I need to be. May be different in your case.....

Nark has helped me with my diet to utilize the slin, so I have the utmost confidence. But why did you feel the need to exclude slin from your future cutting cycles Jayhova?

If Nark helped you then you're definitely good to go

The reasons for me excluding it is b/c I dont get the results I desire from slin in a cutter. In a bulker I eat so much more and have no problem consuming large amounts of Carbs with no worries on storage.

In a cutter I am restricted to a 2200-2500 kCal Diet, and in my case I need a lot of carbs to keep me out of hypo. Some can get away with 3-4g of Carbs per IU. I need the full 10 nothing less or else sides appear.

By the time I'm done with my carb intake within that 3-4 hour window PWO I"m not left with much more to disperse throughout the day. I prefer to space out my meals with the correct macros distributed over 6 meals a day or so. I cant do that with Slin in a cutter and need to switch around everything.

I'll save slin for my bulkers and keep everything where its at now. Just something not for me and my goals but may be great for you...............

Do you find durring a bulking phase, that with slin use you store fat easier? I understand how important diet is to achieve the desired results from slin use. But do you follow a strict diet durring bulking, or really don't concern yourself with any excess cals turning to fat?

Oh, and thanks for such fast replies Jayhova.

No not at all. At 10g of carbs per 1iu of slin I never have. But at the same time I work out very hard and have a super fast metabolism.

***While I"m bulking I try to consume as many clean kcals as possible but dont concern myself that much with excess ones. Anything that is stored is so temporary b/c it's burned off as fuel and supplies my muscles. Bulking is a chore for me b/c I need to eat as much as I can to put on some LBM. Slin helps me get my nutrients to where they need to go at a much faster rate when its most important. For you the situation may be the complete opposite...........

*** I don't have the greatest metabolism. By no means is it slow, but it's relatively easy for me to put on weight, either fat or muscle.
*** My bulking is always pretty strict. I allow myself a little more of a margin for deviation as apposed to cutting, but every meal is still planned and timed accordingly. There is the occasional break day, or perhaps going out to eat every so often, but these will be on days without slin use. I think I just need to be a little more cautious, as my situation, while not opposite of yours, isn't as optimal.

    Thanks for the advice Jayhova.
