Yes, hCG does not act as FSH, but as LH. LH will maintian testicular mass, which makes PCT a breeze. After stopping AASs, FSH & LH levels quickly return to normal, the problem is the testicles slowly start up again, but if they have been functioning almost as normal from hcg then this really speeds things up.
