hey guys,
currently, im trying to lose fat. however, despite my diet being perfect (based on the cutting sticky) i dont seem to be able to lose fat. my body fat is just below 30% (about 27-28% i believe) but i cant seem to drop it any more. i do weight training 4 days per week and cardio 6 days per week. my routine is as follows:
Monday-
AM Cardio
PM- Shoulders, Traps, Forearms, Abs
Tuesday-
AM- Back, Triceps, Calves
PM- Cardio
Wednesday-
AM- Cardio
PM- Abs
Thursday-
Am Chest, Biceps, Forearms
PM- Cardio
Friday-
AM Cardio
PM- Legs
Saturday-
AM Cardio
PM Abs
Sunday- Off
can anyone give me pointers on anything? my cardio lasts between 45-60 minutes and i stick it between 65-75% MHR.
im really getting down that for 7 weeks now iv trained hard and lost very little
