i have only used sd and for me it worked very well. for me the sd was a very dry compound, some will argue it caused them to hold alot of water. I think it is split down the middle on sd vs pp. i would search for diaries and see what people had to say about the compounds.
they are kinda new, i am seeing good strength gains and some nice size on PP, but these supps are too early to tell...
sadly that also means no one is sure of long term effects eithergood new eh'
