Hi everyone im just looking for some help. Im 5"7 at 150 (im small but still young dont want to get to big either nor want to lose my few muscle)pounds around (12% BF). Im looking to get shreded my diet looks like this.
Breakfast
1c of cofee
1c oatmeal
4 egg whites
Mid Morning Snack
1/2c oatmeal
1/2c wheat bran
1 scoop whey
Work Out (45m-1h)
1 scoop whey
20g Dextrose
20g Maltodextrine
Lunch
5 oz Chicken Breast + Veagies
Cardio (30 minutes)
Snack
1 can of tuna + hot sauce
Dinner
Fish or Lean meat + Vegies
Before Bed
3 oz Fat Free Cheese
Im also supplementing with (All this for 5 weeks):
80 mug of clenbuterol daily
100 mug of t3 daily
250 mg of equipoise weakly
875 mg of glucophage with the first 2 meals
Right now Im taking just that i wanna droop my BF to around 5% without sacrifiying to much of my muscle.
Should I also supplement with proviron, when should I take my nova, should i take HCG fr PCT, Should I eat less or should change something in my diet?
I had a blood work done before starting my cycle wich sayed that bouth my cholesterol LDL and HDL where high althought HDL just slightly and I was pretty sensible to Insulin, everything else was normal. Plz Im willing to take any help or advice thank u guys.
