Hye guys i usually in my workout days in my breakfast i get ( 40g of oatmeal measured dry ) thats around 28g of carbs with my 12 egg whites.... in my non workout days since my breakfast its the only meal i get Pro/Carbs the other 5 meals are pro/fat can i double the amount of carbs.. i mean getting around 80g of oatmeal ( thats around 55 g of carbs ) ?? or just coansume as normally I do on workout days?
