    Carbs on Non-Workout Days

    Hye guys i usually in my workout days in my breakfast i get ( 40g of oatmeal measured dry ) thats around 28g of carbs with my 12 egg whites.... in my non workout days since my breakfast its the only meal i get Pro/Carbs the other 5 meals are pro/fat can i double the amount of carbs.. i mean getting around 80g of oatmeal ( thats around 55 g of carbs ) ?? or just coansume as normally I do on workout days?

    what are your goal's bulking or cutting ?

    im cutting but slowly im not in a hurry juist getting in shape im 8.5% BF

    What time do you train if you train after your breakfast i would have the 80g of oatmeal before my workout, i prefer to take the majority of my carbs in and around my workouts when i need the fuel.

    carbs are crucial to muscle building. i eat 4 cups of oats a day i use them as my source for carbs. at 8.5% bf i would say experiment for a couple weeks with using carbs in the morning and after your workouts. IMO this would work well, but some people are more carb sensitive than others. but on off days that is when your muscles are building and carbs are "big time" in regards to muscle growth.
