    Working out too much?

    Heres my stats,... 22, 21% 240lbs 6ft
    as you can tell i need to lower the BF%

    Im going to the gym EVERYDAY now, this is how i break it down:

    One day Weights, next day 30-45min cardio, then i keep alternating

    I should also include that im doing my second cycle now, and my first cutter

    Tren A 50mg ED 8wks
    Prop 70mg ED 9wks
    T3 Pyramid
    Clen pyramid
    B12 1cc ED
    CLA (just bought it havnt figured out how much im gonna use)

    am i doing alright so far? im 13days in now, also doing the keto diet. im seeing some results but nothing darastic

    I'd start doing cardio everyday first thing in the morning on a empty stomach for 30-45mins. Weight training 4-5 days a week. Try not to overtrain. Also, keep a close eye on your diet. Post your diet in the Diet Forum to have it looked at. Make sure you are taking in enough calories to preserve muscle mass but AAS will help. If it were me I would probably try to get my body fat down some naturally before hitting AAS. Not here to talk down on you just giving you my opinion. A solid diet along side a work out plan will work magic. Diet is most important.
