    Lunch ideas anyone

    Currently doing 100mg prop every day.
    I weigh 86kg and am 21 yrs old.

    I have a fixed breakfast but i always eat crap at lunch what is good healthy low in fat & carbs that i can eat for lunch?

    I'm sick and tired of tuna................

    For breakfast i eat plain oats and a protein shake.
    Lunch usually tuna or i eat out (chicken snitzel burger)
    Dinner is always different pretty much whatever the olds cook but it's always healthy.

    i just need some quick simple lunch ideas if anyone can help?
    And also how much protein, carbs, fat & calories should i take in each day?

    What are your goals, what time do you train and have you even looked at any of the diet stickies up top?

    yeah what are your goal bulking or cutting? does this meal if before you training? its after your breakfast?

    Im just curious, but why are you on cycle without having your diet in check?

    bring a couple chicken breast with you...
    and do yourself a favor and have everything in check before you go throing your body away...just curious what does your PCT look like?

    hmm for a pro/fat meal I use tuna, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1 tablespoon mayo, 1 tablespoon bacon bits and a dash of some garlic and aregano seasoning...doesn't even taste like tuna anymore..

    Comes out to:

    35g protein
    17g fat
    3g carbs

    and its freakin delicious. hmmm why not buy canned salmon and try that...or just do it the old school way...marinated chicken.
