I weigh 86kg and am 21 yrs old.
I have a fixed breakfast but i always eat crap at lunch what is good healthy low in fat & carbs that i can eat for lunch?
I'm sick and tired of tuna................
For breakfast i eat plain oats and a protein shake.
Lunch usually tuna or i eat out (chicken snitzel burger)
Dinner is always different pretty much whatever the olds cook but it's always healthy.
i just need some quick simple lunch ideas if anyone can help?
And also how much protein, carbs, fat & calories should i take in each day?
