now, not trying to critique but maybe experiment with a cup of oats a.m. with the R-ALA before it and see how it works for you. i take in oats a.m. now (i used to not) and i feel way more amped for my workouts. i know you don't want diet critique, but i feel opinions are always nice so i'm ust giving you mine.
