    Appetite Question

Hello everyone I have a kind of weird question that maybe someone can answer. Im an avid skoal dipper and have always had a battle with appetite.I dont know why I never thought of this, but could having a dip in my mouth pretty much constantly ,due to a stressful work enviroment, be killing my tastebuds and hence my appetite ?

mmmmi been dipping copenhagen for a long time and i eat 7 times a day, and my taste buds are working just fine, it could be your stressfull work/life style that is bringing down your appetite

No doubt its playing a role ... but i suggest you make a habit of breaking down you meals into 6-7 small meals .. perhaps really small during the day til you get used to eatin at those times... then slowly bring up the calories..

This is not the first time we have heard this... drop the skoal ... this is not helping with the stress... you only think it is...
