    Diet with 3 shakes...?

    8:30 eggs and oatmeal

    11:30 Pro Complex shake w/olive oil

    3:00 ok, should this be NO Explode? Or chicken breast and such

    then 4:45 pre workout NO Explode?

    7:00 post workout Cyto Gainer

    8:00 lean protein/good fats

    9:45 peanuts and such...

    this is just a basic run through...Just mainly asking I guess if the pre NO Explode should be used as a meal at 3 or just a pre thing and eat real food at 3. Thanks! Also, its all good taking those 3 shakes right?

    Well, ya, I know that, but I was just wondering if my NO Explode should be my meal 3, or just take it pre workout and have an actual meal 3. Im not quite sure if it makes too much of a difference, but thats why Im asking.

    I prefer solid meals... the only time i take a shake is PWO... and maybe a cassein shake at night if not some cottage cheese will do but IMO PWO shake only

    This would be your best bet, IMO. I know you're all about the NoXplode but if you make meal 3 (3:00pm) a solid meal and workout at 4:45...i see no reason for the shake at all. Then again, I've never taken NoXplode...it may be an unbelievable energy booster. Its up to you, but I would at least give my suggestion a try.

    I have never had noexplode, where do you get it at?
