Whats up... I'm about to start my third cycle in about a month its pretty big for me anyway... id thought id step it up a notch. Considering this i want to post my planned routine of attack for mass, i don't think its overtraining but i always like to hear opinions... so first i'll start with the cycle lay out:
1-4 Dbol 30mg/ed
1-12 Test Cyp 500mg/wk
1-10 Deca 400mg/wk
10-15 Winstrol 50mg/ed
13-15 Prop 75mg/ed

Workout i have planned is 2 on 1 off... let me know if you think there is a better way you think to split it up.

*note i like to pyramid up in weight and down in reps on Bench, Squat, and Deads

Day 1: Chest/Tri/Abs
Bench: 3 warm up, 4 working sets Incline: 3 sets same weight
Decline fly: 3 sets same weight
Cable crossovers: 3 sets same weight
CG bench: 3 sets
Skullcrushers 3 sets
Pushdowns: 2 or 3 sets
Decline weighted sit ups: 4 sets of 25

Day2: Back/Bi/Abs
Deadlift: 3 warmup, 4 sets
Seated Rows: 3 sets
T-Bar rows: 4 sets
Wide grip pulldowns or weighted pullups: 3 sets
BB Curls: 3 sets
Preacher Curls: 2 or 3 sets
Hammer Curls: 3 sets
Hanging leg raises 4 sets of 25

Day 3: off

Day4: Legs
Squat: 3 warm up, 4 sets
Leg press: 3 sets
Leg extension: 4 sets
Stiff leg dead lift: 3 sets
Leg curl: 3 sets
Standing calf: 4 sets
Seated Calf: 4 sets
Weighted Rope Oblique Crunches: 4 sets of 20

Day 5: Shoulders/Traps/Forearms/Abs
DB Shoulder press: 3 warm up, 3 sets
Side lateral raises: 3 sets
Bent raises or Front raises: 3 sets
Upright rows: 1 set of 20
Shrugs: 4 sets
wrist curls on bench: 3 sets
Reverse wrist curls: 3 sets
Reverse crunches: 4 sets of 20

Day: 6 rest
Day7: repeat

Every 3rd week i'm gonna switch it up and go light with higher reps.

You guys think this is to much or am i good? Please advise.... thanks..

oh and cardio once a week for 45 min on eliptical or tredmill.
