Things that keep you sane while cutting

Like the topic says... I started thinking about all the things that have helped me get through this cutting diet. You know the times.. late at night and your fvcking starving but you don't want to mess up all the cardio and dieting you've done for the day. here's a list of some things that have helped me through, i'd love to hear more suggestions.

    1. SPRAY BUTTER - the stuff's like water in terms of macro's and you can put it on tons of foods. tastes pretty close to the real thing.

    2. SPLENDA - oats, enough said

    3. GREEN TEA - i drink about 12 cups of this stuff a day. tastes great, also compliments #2 and it beats the hell out of water all the time. can't beat the antioxidants.

    4. FAT FREE CHEESE - who doesn't love cheese? goes on everything... and when i'm cutting it's the only thing that i can use.

    5. PICKLES - i bought a HUGE jar of them (the full cucumber) at wal mart for 3$. no cals, like 1 carb, no fat. not exactly filling, but it fills the temporary void.

Last but not least... NATTY PB - okay the stuff's not exactly low in calories or fat, but those 2 tbsp. before i go to bed make my night... that and sex... when i'm getting it

so let's hear em from the rest of the board

Well you havent been to california .. money determines what gets in your bedroom here... its the legalized form of prostitution namely gold digging...

But since I have both ... I am not worried ... hehe

As for comfortable with his body ? Most fat people lose the sense of normalcy regarding their body.. thats why you see em in spandex thinking they look good...

My gym has a resteraunt inside that does have plenty of very healthy meals and you can get your protein shakes there but it also has alcohol and some shitty foods...I dont get it? Who wants to finish their cardio and grab a beer?

As for what keeps me sane; crystal light, no sugar syrup/jelly, and my ECA stack!

You are yelling with your CAPS ON.

What's the big deal w/salt or sodium??

As long as water intake is adequate, you'll flush out the excess.

Look how much tuna people eat while dieting, and it's never an issue.

Isn't sodium intake important while dieting to keep strength levels up?

i consume a TON of sodium while cutting.. well pretty much all the time... i over season everything, but i also drink at minimum a gallon and a half of water a day... sodium is not an issue.
