    Early Morning Advice

Due to a recent change in schedule. I now have to workout at 5:30-6AM.
What foods could be eating or somthing drank that isnt high in sugars that would give me a huge morning boost. Ive tried getting more sleep...but it just doesnt get me the energy I need. Also im not trying to burn fat.

The owner of Scifit Supplements does my diets. He owns the gym I go to. I dont feel like typing them all in. They change weekly, so I dont get bored of them. I am bulking until end of March. Yes I am on a schedule I wrok 35 hours a week and on top of that im a fulltime student in my last year at college. Up until a recent work schedule change I have been able to lift in the afternoon. Right now until May its gonna be lifting at 5:30am.

I would suggest going with something similar to what Tai said, some sort of sugars and proteins to get you moving, and give you enough to get through a workout.

You could also try some sugar free red bull to give you a boost
