here are pics of me before and after, I did a couple of cycles a few years ago and never new what I was doing, never did any pct, after the cycles, I got fat, these pics are 1 year apart, i know I have a long way to go, but I think it's a good improvement, tell me what y'all think.
2 first pic were last winter in Dominican, other 3 were taken today
before I was 245lbs 30+ %bf, now Im 225-230lbs 20-22% bf, gonna get down to at least 15%bf.

I worked real hard on cardio and diet, I do 1 hour cardio every morn before breakfast, Im on week 12 of a 18weeker of test prop and winny, I extended my cycle, was only supposed to be a 10 weeker, but then found out that I am going down south for a wedding, so didn't want to be on pct while I was away, so I turned a 10 weeker into an 18 weeker, im happy with my results so far, i was 245 in the before pic and 30%bf, now im 228 with 20-22%bf, i want to get down to 15% then take it from there
