clen and taurine??? how much?

so i used clen for the 1st time today it wouldnt spray and i was like wtf so i was like mayb its jus comn out real lite so i went to spray it on my hand and i was like shyt it came out lol so i sprayd it in my mouth real quik then i was like wel its on my hand mind as well like that shyt up lol.. i felt like i was gona bounce off the walls and i had crazy shakes o wel...i got the taurine combo how much taurine should i take its 500mg a pill

3-5g (3000-5000mg) daily, reference the clen handbook in the educational threads for further info.

Yup I take 3-4 g taurine ED. I got the taurine powder. just mix it with water along with my creatine.
