    I can't gain weight

Hi, I really need some help for gaining muscle while working out. When I work out and eat right (I work out with a trainer and eat the specified diet) I look like a crack head (lol). I have been trying to get myself ready for a compitition and I am really cutting it close. I have even resorted to eating crap just to put some weight back on. Someone told me to take clen but I don't know if that is right for me. This is a lifetime ongoing battle. I have had a doctor prescribe me test pills that dislove under my tounge previously because my body wasn't producing any testosterone. I am 5'7" and maybe weigh 110 at the most (when adding junk food to my diet). Before I started adding crap to my diet I got as low as 98 lbs. I tried weight gain shakes. My plan is to eat the correct diet and do the correct work out but I need to add something to help me out.

Post this on the diet forum plenty of guys and gals with loads of knowledge on getting diet right to cut and bulk theres even stickys at the top which will be of great help. As for clen while trying to gain weight defo not its used for fat burning i.e. loseing weight not gaining it, there is some discussion on wheter it has mild anabolic properties when taking in short intervals but first and foremost its a fat burner. if anyone knows different then let me know pls. anyhow good luk.

    Ditto...

Still, post up some pics.. samples of your 'specialised diet' etc.

I'm sure the guys'll chime in where possible

yea.. junk food isn't great.. well if you want to gain fat.. but if you want to gain weight in muscle it can be a process. I would hold off on competing until you find what's right for you.. and like one of the other members said.. it sounds more like a medical condition than anything.

Have you ever tried weight gainer/protein shakes.. if you haven't pick a jug up, try it for a month and see how you look

Being 5'7 and 110 isnt a bad thing.. that's exactly what I am but i'm not skinny... if your thinking on competeing then your going to have to loose the fat and if theres no muscle under there then it'll be a disaster.

I'm not trying to discourage you, i'm just being honest. Don't rush competing when your health is in jeopardy. If your seeking help from your doc, a nutritionist, a trainer, and nothing is working... get a second opinion from someone else.
