What do u guys think about milk (and the FF version)?
do you think that is a bodibuilding food either for cutting or bulking?
If you include it in your diet why do you do that, and if you exclude it also why?

im cuttingm no milk for me, too much procesed(sp?) sugar
i drink it while bulking (skim) with pro/carb meals because I have a fast metabolism anyway and i need as many cals as i can get.
is lactose a procesed sugar i thought it was a natural sugar with a low GI impact?
I use it both during cutting and bulking. But never to much because it seems to bloat me.

Im the same as johan...slightly lactose intolerant = bloat...
but no...I just eat lactose free cheese...
