    planned cheat day for today... what do you guys think?!

    Meal1:
    - 8 Hard Boiled Eggs.
    - Oatmeal Pancakes.
    [5Egg Withes, 1 Scoop Whey Protein (Vanila Flavor), Cinammon, Splenda]
    - 2 Bananas.

    Meal2:
    - 2 Chicken Breast
    - Peanuts

    Meal3:
    - 2 Can of tuna
    - Broccoli + Tomatoes
    - Olive Oil

    WORKOUT

    Meal4:PWO
    - 2 Scoops Whey Protein
    - 64g Dextrose

    Meal5: PPWO
    - Cheesless Chicken Pizza

    Meal6:
    - 2 Chicken Breast
    - Peanuts

    Meal7:
    Dont know if eat a normal Pro/Fat Meal here or just another cheat what do you guys think?

    Meal8:
    - 3 Scoop Cassein Shake
    - Flax

    I like it...I would prefer a cheat day like that over one that makes me feel sick and bloated...I say go for it...

    ahhaha i also like to cheat like a whore ahahah but i hate that bloat sensation i feel im steping backwards instead of forward :S

    maybe in meal 7 ill go to Fridays Restaurant here in Panama they have a Low-Carb Section

    Grilled Buffalo Chicken Salad
    (Net Carbs: 10)
    Grilled Buffalo-glazed chicken breast, cheddar cheese and pico de gallo served over crisp romaine tossed in our Jalapeno Ranch dressing.

    The carbohydrate figures for TGI Fridays Atkins Approved items are designated as "Atkins net carbs."

    What do you think?

    wish a could cheat like that when i cheat it means cheating, but it keeps me sane for the next six days.

    Im not totally sure about "atkins net carbs" but obviously whatever is net...means there is a higher gross...

    With that said I do remember the actual carbs being higher on the nutritional facts...but I think atkins called them "good carbs" not sure...

    But anytime you go to a restaurant your going to sacrifice some healthiness...
