    I don't think they're too high. you will put on some fat with your gains anyway. are you on any gear if you don't mind me asking?

    will be on test e 500mg p/w
    goal is to bulk.. i know fat will be gained but dont want a lot on top.. want to keep it lean.. any ideas?

    If you're wanting to keep it lean, then you definately need to revise your diet. Protein looks good but your carbs are high and your fats are low, around 45-50g total fat by my estimations.

    Also, I don't think you are anywhere near your genetic potential to start aas.

    My honest opinion would be to start a cutting diet for the next 8-10 weeks. Then lean bulk using the lean bulk sticky at the top of the forumn. No aas, all natty. Then after you develop some decent size and are more experienced in the gym, maybe consider using steroids. Steroids would only be a waste for you right now.

    no lol...tuna doesnt have carbs in it lol

    i dont think your tin of tuna has 100 carb cals. so minus those estimates you should be fine. again you need carbs to bulk. maybe look into oats in place of some of those potatoes...if you threw in a couple tsp of flax oil in that before be dmeal that will help slow absorbtion a little and aid in your EFA / fat content.
