Ok for pre i like to add some oats to my whey protein, should i be adding dextros and malodextrin to this shake. For my post work out should I also add dextros and malodextrin. If so, should i buy dextros powder form like cane sugar, and any recomendations for the malodextrin. For years I have only used whey oats and sometimes bannanas. I want to get the most out of my shakes so please any advice is appriciated thanks.
