    " first cycle isnt bad for your body" u need to cut the bullshit man and do your research. the best thing to do is read all the threads on here... also check out the educational threads there were really helpful to me when i first started.

    also u sound quite small. u need to be serious about training ...if ur just thinking ur gonna do steroids and get huge... ur absolutely WRONG. steroids are an enhancment, NOT A FOCKIN MIRACLE. ur 155 pounds... start eating properly and train for a couple good solid years before steroids will even help u out.

    There is no way in hell should you be touching gear at the age of 18.

    I did my first cycle at the age of 28. Exhuast your potential first, then get on gear. There are no short cuts in bodybuilding. Gear should never be used as a short cut.

    also u were asking about ordering gear online... in MY opnion i think its stupid cuz u can ge ripped of easy, just talk to some guys at ur gym and u'll find wat ur looking for. if ur heart is set on ordering off the net then just read the threads in here and people ALWAYS talk about the sites they order gear from

    i dont have alot of training experience, i worked out last summer for like 5-6weeks, and then took weight lifting class at school for 9 weeks, but none of it are intense

    hi mate!when i was 18 i was also very light like you(around 160lb at5ft8)i was very lean and had good muscle allready at this stage(training since 15)over the next 18 months however i put on over 40lb completely naturally through proper diet and training.what i am trying to say to you with out sounding like a jack ass is you dont need steriods yet you will make super human amazing gains by following a good program and diet!you can do damage and you will do damage with one cycle.to be honest you questions make you sound uneducated(which is fine)you need to learn about diet and training and you will make gains faster than you would with some drugs and no knowlage of training or diet.

    i dont know anything about gear use, or side effects. sorry if i sound stupid, thats why i started this thread, so that i can get educated on what is true and what is bullshit.

    There are several reasons why you should not do gear at the age of 18. Not the least of which is the possibility that your height may still grow. Gear will cause bonme closure and effectively end whatever chance there might be of gaining even an inch. Now you might say an inch isn't much but remember that's an inch you can never gain no matter what you do. The muscle you can add and lose as you please but height you're stuck with for the rest of your life.

    Secondly, your body is at a delicate stage. You probably have a lot of Testosterone running through your veins as it is. You don't need more test (or a derivative of it) now. Using steroids at this age could screw up your endocrinal system.

    Work on your diet. There's tons of info here. Read more about diets, work hard in the gym and grow. When you get to 180/190Lbs, think of using gear. When I was your age I was 98 Lbs (I am 5'11"). I am now 200 Lbs (all but 20 Lbs of it gained without gear).

    mate just huge the search button......the side effects are bad and will be permanant,drugs really should only used by competitve athletes not just to look good.side effects that you will care about=your dick may stop working correctly, you may not be able to have children,you will get bad spots,you wont grow any more ext there are tons of other bad sides also!
    you did the right thing coming here and asking about them!now forget about them and train away hard and you wil get mad good results you can if your very serious look into buying protien powder ext which will help you even more!

    well, i havent had any height gain for almost a year, i thought that means that i've stoped growing... or am i wrong?

    You may not gain any height now. But your endocrinal system is still delicate. You've just emerged from puberty. This is not the time to take gear.

    Also, if your diet and training is shit gear won't do shit. If your diet and training is good, you won't need gear now.

    no man you prob will have a big burst of growth around 19 (i did)also your bones are still growing thicker(wider shoulders ext)prob is height is not the only issue its also your hormone system is still developing big time so if you take gear now you may find in a few years you have problems when it comes to having children or just being able to have sex without viagra!man i dont benefit by telling you dont take drugs i do this in order to safe you from a big mistake.

    Where did you get the idea of using gear? Before I did my first cycle I spent two years researching on the internet and bought some books online and tried to keep myself as well informed as I could.

    Even then things can go wrong. Last year my heart rate shot up on 700 mgs a week of Test and 30mg a day of DBol. I went to the hospital's emergency facility and admitted I was on juice to the doc.

    I might have panicked over nothing (the rate dropped to normal the following day) but there's all kinds of shit that can go wrong. Why get into that until you've exhausted all your options?

    IMO..your way too young
    to try anything, and too
    small as well. Take advantage
    of your natural gains first.
    Wait a few years, get a training
    progrma going, and especially
    your diet..diet is the key for
    growth..

    i thank all of you guys for your professional replies. so, i guess my only option for now is hit the gym hard and eat right. anybody can give me helpful info. on that too? like, how should my work out plan be, and what should my diet be like? i'd like to gain muscle mass, look big.

    I gained half an inch after the age of 18.

    There's tons of info here on diets. Just surf around. You are very young. There's no rush. Spend a month or two researching on diets and training.

    Remember that consistency is the key - you will need to be brutally consistent with your diet and your lifestyle. But you'll learn. Keep exploring here and in other places. Another site Id recommend is http://www.bodybuilding.com. Tons of info there too.

    18 in my eyes is way too young to juice,plenty of time to grow naturally before hittin the sauce!
