I’ve been working out for almost 3 years now, 4 times a week, and seem to have gotten as far as I can with diet and exercise…just haven’t been able to break thru that genetics problem and build mass. I started researching gear about a year ago and trying to find people locally to talk to about it…no luck. I’ve done most of the research online and found I like this board best so I registered…now it’s on to the next step.
